Registration

All participants must be registered and are urged to register in advance.

You can register in the two following ways:

 

Registration per telephone will not be processed. Registrants will receive confirmation by way of an invoice and acknowledgement letter which will recall all the information given on the registration form, including the amount of Value Added Tax (VAT) paid and all other requests. This confirmation letter should be presented upon arrival at the Pre-registration Counter if the account is settled or at the On-site registration Counter if a balance is still due.

Delegates’ registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all Congress sessions, poster areas and exhibition,
  • Congress documents (final programme, abstracts book, congress bag),
  • Lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Terms of payment

The EADO Committees have given a mandate to MCI for the full organisation of the 7th European Association of Dermato-Oncology Congress. MCI is the sole competent company to receive payments for this Congress and to act on behalf of the EADO 2011 for the whole organisation (conference & exhibition).

 

Payments may be made either:

  • by credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD / EUROCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS)
  • by cheque to the order of MCI FRANCE and sent to:

    In the case of a bank transfer, please do not forget to specify on your form, the reason of your payment

Name changes & modifications

A processing fee of 30 € will be charged for changes in registration except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations.

Registration cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e.mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions and reimbursements will be processed AFTER the Congress.

  • Up to May 15, 2011: reimbursement of 50% of the registered fees.
  • After May 15, 2011: no refund.
  • Requests for refunds received by the Congress Office after July 31st, 2011 will not be considered.

Accommodation

Deadline for hotel reservations: April 18th, 2011

 

After this date, any reservation requests received are subject to room availability and can not be guaranteed by the Organisers. Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for participants in various hotels of different categories.

 

Reservations by phone are not accepted.

 

To guarantee your reservation, full pre-payment is requested (room, breakfast, city tax). Any extras will be charged by the hotel upon departure.

A fixed charge of 20 € per reservation for handling fees will be required for all hotel reservations. Upon receipt of your hotel reservation request, the Congress Office will mail/email you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing accommodation details and specifying payment status.

“No Shows” on the first night will automatically cancel the entire reservation and involve the loss of the entire deposit.

If you shorten your stay, no refund of unused room nights will be made.

 

Room rates

All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated.

Cancellation conditions for hotel reservation (for individual reservations)

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e.mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:

  • Up to March 1st, 2011: 20 € administrative fee will be withheld.
  • Cancellations between March 2nd, 2011 and April 18, 2011: 50% of the paid fees and deposits are refundable
  • After April 18, 2011: no refund.
