During the meeting

The Congress Secretariat (Welcome desk, Congress Office) will be located on the level 2 of La Cité Nantes Events Center. The Congress documentation will be available there for pre-registered delegates and for anyone wishing to register on site.

Delegates’ registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all Congress sessions, poster and exhibition areas,
  • Congress documents (final programme, abstracts book, congress bag),
  • Lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The on-site fees are as follows:

On site registration: Participant 460 € - Student(1) 150 €

(1)To qualify for low fees the applicant‘s registration form must be accompanied by written proof of status.

Badges

A name badge will be provided with your registration documents on site. For security and regulation purposes, the wearing of this badge is compulsory at all times both inside the Cité Nantes Events Center at all official events organized within the context of the congress.

 

Terms of payment

The EADO Committee has given a mandate to MCI for the full organisation of the 7th European Association of Dermato-Oncology Congress. MCI is the sole competent company to receive payments for this Congress and to act on behalf of the EADO 2011 for the whole organisation (conference & exhibition).

 

Payments may be made either:

In the case of a bank transfer, please do not forget to specify on your form, the reason of your payment and the invoice number.

 

Name changes & modifications

A processing fee of 30 € will be charged for changes in registration except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations.

 

Registration cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e.mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions and reimbursements will be processed AFTER the Congress.

  • Up to May 15, 2011: reimbursement of 50% of the registered fees.
  • After May 15, 2011: no refund.
  • Requests for refunds received by the Congress Office after July 31st, 2011 will not be considered.

Exhibition & Sponsorship

An exhibition will take place during the Congress. Coffee breaks, lunches and the Opening Cocktail will be served in the exhibition hall. This will be the opportunity to create links and develop networking with participants from different countries. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Lunches & Coffee breaks

Coffee breaks will be available in the exhibition area. Lunches are included in the registration fees and will be held in the exhibition area on Tuesday, June 21 and Wednesday, June 22, 2011.

Cloakroom

A cloakroom is at the participants disposal starting on Monday, June 20, 2011 at 13:00.

CME CREDITS

The 7th European Association of Dermato-Oncology Congress (EADO 2011) is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net.

 

The 7th European Association of Dermato-Oncology Congress is designated for up to 18 hours of European external CME credits. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

 

EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician's Recognition Award (PRA). To convert EACCME credit to AMA PRA category 1 credit, contact the AMA.

 

Moreover, the 7th EADO Congress has received the accreditation from the French Society of Dermatology (SFD), which will be available to French participants only.

Insurance & Liability disclaimer

The Conference Organisers and MCI cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Congress proceedings arising from political, social, health or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control. The congress cancellation conditions shall apply in any case. Registration of a participant entails acceptance of the cancellation conditions.
It is recommended that participants obtain adequate cover for travel, health, accident and cancellation insurance before they depart from their countries. The Conference Organisers and MCI as organizers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained by or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants and accompanying persons either during or as a result of the Congress or during all tours and events.

Every person entering France should be in possession of a valid passport and/or identification card. Some countries require a visa. Please contact the nearest French Embassy or Consulate to your home for further information.

Access to Nantes

Nantes Atlantique International Airport:

Nantes can easily be reached by plane. Its international airport is located 15 minutes away from the city centre and Nantes International Convention Centre through the airport shuttle. It is connected to the main European cities via regular international and domestic flights.

 

SNCF (French Railways):

Nantes International Convention Center is 5 minutes by walk from the train station. Nantes can be reached within 2 hours thanks to 21 daily connections with Paris and Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport.
